i was gutted.
5 of the MINTYEST MINT teladials i've ever seen with full adapters and studs and tyres for very good price and i wasnt even haggling but he wouldnt go to the hassle of sending them over.
yeah i got wheels from the uk before from big wheel suppliers..delivery was only 50quid for 4 wheels, i dont know how it was so cheap, because tried to get a quote again for wheels from a private seller and it worked out mad money!!

Americans have fierce trouble with the concept of no zip code! I just give mine as 0000

I bought a phone of ebay.co.uk, there was no postage offered for it, so I just bid anyway won the item and email the question how much to post it? no problems, until he went to post it, The nice woman working the post office said "eh there is no post code so this address doesn't exist and there is no house number so it must be wrong". to which I explaned only in dublin we had post codes and in the country house don't get numbers. he had to DHL it in the end due to the fools that the Royal mail employ!!!

I can do the same as Baz if anyone needs it, just send me a pm.

Some courier companys try to charge stupid prices for shipping though, and in actual fact it usually wouldn't be costing them anything more to add a few pallets to a trailer with the set contracts.
Collections and delivery would be the only real cost to them, collecting from one of there "hubs" saves a fair bit.

When i bought my KO4 turbo and injectors off ebay he was moaning about having to send to Ireland and that he preferred to have sold it in the UK but he said he would send it this time. I was sooo honoured

I've priced loads of stuff that people were wanting to have sent down and the postage is usually twice or more than the cost of a delivery within the UK. It's because it's treated like a full on international delivery from the uk mainland. Check out the prices on interparcel.com or any of those other sites. The cost is ridiculous and even adds extra from england/scotland/wales to get stuff posted to up here.

You need a licence to ship chemicals. You even need a licence to ship a car battery.

Ive been e baying for years and never had an issue. I know the blaynatron did once with some rolls of velcro or something stupid.
