Sounds like hes getting some good service.......to be fair you would expect that from any company.

Unlike that case though, there is no way the bent rims I got were damaged in transit.
The damage to them looked like heavy pothole damage..... oh yes, complete with vice marks!!

Reason I got ridden??..... I organised my own transport which gave them a handy 'Its not our problem' way out of things!!
