Mk2 Golf Brake Fluid Reservoir

is there anyway of removing the filler filter inside the reservoir.
i want to take it out to clean out the bottle better.

what is this pipe on the side of the bottle.
is it a feed for the hydraulic clutch?

You pretty much have to brake out that filter. But you will be able to refit it.

Yeah, that s for the Hydraulic Clutch on some Mk2's

thats perfect.il give it ago with a long nose pillars.
il check to see if i have the pipe work and see how it connects up to the clutch clylinder.

yea im using the o2a setup for the g60 conversion.
iv the pedal box,clutch cylinder and the cable shifter fitted im just trying to piece everything together.

its just a bit of that blue fabric covered rubber hose that goes between the reservoir and the clutch master cylinder
