Theres a place in the city 2 not far from the court house. The skim alright but im not sure about pressure testing. Cant remember the name but il get it off my friend. There work is aimed at repairing warped heads and stuff so if your lookin for poke this place may not be what your lookin for

 

Murphy Engine Overhauls rebuilt my buddies MR2 engine, never had any experience dealing with them myself. Sure it's worth a call anyways I suppose!

Thats the crowd i was thinking of

 

Murphys did the head in my G60{8v}
Total was 360 for pressure test,dismantle wash & reassemble,
reface seats, grind in valves, skim, supplyed head set and head bolts!

 

cork engine centre in little island are gonna do it for me. 111euro to skim and pressure test the head..cant remember if he said plus or including the vat on the phone though. seems very reasonable to me anyway

oh think thats including new gasket and bolts too

Bout the same as murphys so but i dont think that price will cover bolts and gasket aswell.
How long do they need it for?
