I don't know of too many but maybe some of the other lads will.

I know Danny Healy (VAGE club secretary) has one. He got the conversion done by autowerks and got the car on the road about a year ago. He had some engine trouble then last March or April sometime and the car has been off the road since. I think he has it nearly back together now.

Ronan on here is in the process of building one.

Stiofan on here has a 1.8T Mk2. He got TSR in the UK to do the conversion.

That's all I know of offhand.

there is my engine now, i sold it to EoinO, ive given up on my mk1 conversion for a while.

The engines new hame is in this.

I should be starting the conversion in the next week or so. Going to post plenty of step by step pictures as I work through it.

Thanks guys. I keep you all posted with plenty of pictures as soon as I start. Going to rip out the original engine and gearbox soon to trial fit everything, make the exhaust and intercooler pipes. The take it all back out again to re-repaint the engine bay as I am not happy with the finish.
