Was out doin a bit of Christmas shopping earlier and spotted a maroon Derby Formel E 1.1 parked on the side of the street, so I went over for a look.
It was pretty clean from what I could see (in the dark) and she's on the road as all the paperwork on the windscreen was in order.
I never saw one of these in the flesh before and thought it would be a nice little classic to have, very rare these days.

The f**ker sold it from under me!

he had it at the 03 show in midleton too, spotless car.

I had a 1981 gold one that had 45k on it. Bought it in 1988 for €600.
Aint hindsight a great thing??

That one is clean, even has the service sticker in the engine bay, one careful owner.

gs thats clean.i now where there is one in cork still driving around.i think its a derby anyway.
its pea green like the mk1 golf colour.
ill check is it still around on my way home tonight.
