So the hard work began! Time to get rid of the rot!
Got new cills and repairs to the floor! 2years of scraping the cills off speedramps had taken its toll...

While i was at it i wanted to try something didfferent with the front...
Use section of rear bumper to flush the number plate recess and the fog lights/indicators but keep the textured top!
Now i know why no1 bothers......lots of hours!

The bottom of the boot had started to break out in a little rust so that got a lick of paint,
Had the mk3.5 mirrors hangin round so thought it would be rude not to pick up some lupo stubbies while she was getting paint
Got a set of passat b3 wing indicator blanks(wish they didnt say cl but...)
And an 3 bar grille, in my opinion the nicest.
The top part of the grille was done metallic black and just the bottom strip colour coded.

The schmidts got some nitromors and a re polishing!

New set of tinted inpro headlights were negotiated as part of another deal!

Next im onto the mechanicals!
Gt1749va turbo-ready for on,
Polybush kit to go in courtesy of venom motorsport!
New discs and pads needed all round and a whack of other stuff!

Sprayed the roof boot bumpers wings and grille.got a good shot of welding too!
