Ok, I dont know how illegal or legal this is as I know the word "Car" is banned over on biker.ie or something but anyway here goes. If anything this'll b free advertising for the site.
Basically I'm bored out of my mind not having a car until i pay off loans and save for one so first of all this was just something to be doing and completely vagdrivers-unrelated.
Was out with the lads then one night and thought it'd be cool to bring a bike to worthersee in May to have to cycle around the village or whatever. Then just one thing lead to another and now the plan is to bring a "vagdrivers" bike. Ironic as it is.
Anyway picked up a decent enough one on donedeal 2night for 60 quid. Dont know too much about them but it has the whole single gear, 360 degree handle bars, pegs, disc brakes all round going on so happy enough. Few pin pricks of rust but nothing to worry about. Here she is. Apologies for shit iPhone pics. Will dig out the camera 2m.

Gonna start work on her 2morrow with 2 of the boys. Plan is to completely take it apart, strip her down to the bare metal and give everything a good clean. From what i can see I dont need any new parts, and this whole project is sposed to cost under 100 quid anyway so dont want to be spending hundreds. Powerwash and degrease everything and get a good coat of primer on, maybe 2.
Now comes the one question i have. Plan is to sticker bomb it with the sites sticker, but will the stickers stick best to primer, paint or laquer? I have no problem priming painting and laquering if it means the stickers will stick best to the lacquer?
Finally then put one or 2 full coats of clear over the stickers.
Maybe go a bit mad and get a snazzy blue chain or something.
