My newly purchased 2003 Passat Sport is missing the aerial part of the antenna - i.e. the base is intact (& at a quick glance, usable).
Searching eBay I see different types - particularly around the thread diameter of the part whihc screws into the base?
Can anyone confirm what I need?
Also, if I wanted to replace the base - does it just screw off? Or do I need to get in under the rear headlining?
