alot of people will know this car
I took it from another fourm so its all in one here

bought this gem today , spec is

91 Jetta mk2 (LA6Z Calypso green)
1.6 TD (JR) with K24 turbo
New Sachs clutch kit from SB engine
New JSR coilovers
New Battery (109e)
T/Belt, drive belt, thermostat, engine oil, gearbox oil and head gasket changed 4 days ago
New speedo cable
All interior was removed and washed
German pressed plates
Central locking,alarm with microwave sensor and ultrasonic sensors
16" 9j wheels with 195/40 Toyo proxes T1R tyres
NCT 02-2012
No rust

* not mad on the wheel colour but that will be changed in time

UPDATE POST 72

update :

UPDATE: Took out the rad and expansion bottle today going to spray up the fan holder make it look fresh also noticed that the sensor down the bottem of the rad was leaking what sensor is that? . also started trying to take off the turbo cause the oil line is leaking. also going to take off the yellow tint on the headlight and just get yellow bulbs . will have pictures when everything is done

update:2 another UPDATE TODAY : collected a new coolent temperture sensor and drivers side door handle . On order is a new coolent expansion bottle which i found out is polo one sure if it works it works

also took off the yellow tint off the headlights make it look cleaner

WELL got a few parts from gsf in clondalkin

new coolent temp sensor
new expansion bottle
new sump nut and washer
new drivers side door handle

on order are smoked indicators

i also got coolent and oil for 32tuning .

oil is leaking from the oil return under the turbo so thats half way out . at the moment im spryaing up the rad cover to freshing up the bay a bit

oh yeah thats cool . what was done to the engine lol i know it sounds stupid after i bought the car but it wasnt so clear to me

bit of a update

finally th gasket arrived 5 days later then i was told , the oil filter is bet onto the car the housing it sits in keeps spinning and there is little room for removel tools . stabbed it with the screw driver but it wont budge at all . getting a friend to come up and help me . Also tried to get the gasket in for the oil return line but its close to imppossible haha .. hope to have the car on the road for the start of september for even before hand

UPDATE :

Found that the coolent temp sensor is not connected and i cant find the wire which it is ment to be connected too .

I Made it to japfest but the car is running very cold when driving so i have to sort that .

also collected smoked indicators from brain g off vadgrivers

Whole engine was changed. Whole interior was stripped out and washed twice.
Arches were pulled out a lot.
Alarm,and central locking(still on drivers door only?) + sensors fitted by me

@maxylewith- i was wondering how the wheels didnt rub . haha , yeah the passo door is the one with the central locking lol

do you know what the story is with no connection on the coolent temp sensor

I don`t have a clue what`s the story with that sensor. I had same story in my 1.3 jetta,when there was one extra plug and socket and they didn`t fit together
