First of all I would like to wish my father (the best dad in the world) a happy birthday as none of this would have happened without him (cheesey I know but its true). He got up with me at 3am yesterday morning to buy an unseen 26year old LHD car that was about 1500 miles away! Cheers Dad

Now! The car!
1985 Mk2 Jetta Coupe 1.3 4speed
The seller was a young polish fella called matt and he couldnt have been nicer! (even bought me &dad a coffee and a doughnut each!) I had a good look around the car and he pointed out every imperfection on the car which didn't include any rust! (I had a good look for myself btw). Very few things wrong with the car and it covered the 300miles from Bristol to Longford without any issue.

This is going to be a long project but I hope to build a show-worthy car out of this one! Its a perfect base to start with.

Not sure at the minute. Finding it kinda weird but I plan to have air and nice wheels fitted before I think about a conversion
