The 200bhp i suppose is ok but if i get one the first thing to do will be an exhaust and the fuel pump upgrade and remapp as they can hit 285bhp with the later engines it some cases..

have one 2 years now and no complaints.would easily recommend one. although the 18 s were a must for me as the 17 s seemed a bit lost in the big arches.have nt heard of any getting close to 285. 265 is the highest i ve seen. remap trasforms it. mine currently 250 bhp 321ftlb.

 

@barney2 some of them are knocking out 215ish to 225 from the factory but most are 200,still they go hard and fast 255bhp.

There is someone on briskoda(makefish) managed 285bhp. He uprated fuel pump, exhaust and forge FMIC and with revo stage 2.

well aware some are knocking outmore than 200in stock form . some with simalar mods to me [ revo 1, forge dv,milltek cat back, v flow intake] bearly getting over 230. he is the 265 i mentioned. at that stage he was waiting on the autotech fuel pump to come from the usa.

 

Get a cust Remap.....id go mental if thas all Revo gave me(230).....sounds like a very bad map,id be looking for my money back on that.

 

barney2 do you have any problems with the dealer come service time with the mods. Also what about the warranty?
