any cradle to charge the phone

 

Do they work with any bluetooth phone?

Do you need to install the speaker unit or will it run through the existing speakers? also, how much "chopping" is needed to wire it into an OEM radio(gamma)?

 

i have one of these kits in the golf...very simple to use and works very well!

You can buy the cradle's separate but you can charge the phone without it, the lead that come's from
the box to plug into the cradle will also fit most nokia phone's

You do need to use the speaker unless you buy a mute lead, Theese can cost €50-€70
it depend's on your car there are load's of different lead's available

They will work on any phone that has bluetooth

They are easy to install
just 4 wire's
Earth
Acc power (power only when key is on in ignition)
constant power (^^ I alway's join theese 2 together)
radio mute (All this does is send an earth to your radio when you get a call which inturn mute's the radio)
you can find where the mute goes by earthing a wire and trying it in the Pin's at back of radio until radio mute's

 

You dont need to fit the speaker when fitting to a Gamma radio . It has 2 pins tel+and tel- where you can input the feed that should go to the nokia speaker .

 

when you say they'll work with any phone with bluetooth do you mean any nokia or any phone. i have a samsung tocco for example. would it work with that.

apologies if thats an immensely stupid question but i'm not too au fait with the old electronics.

Yup any phone that has bluetooth it doesnt matter what brand

It will run through some OEM speaker units via the radio like Declan said. The gamma definitly takes it.

I have the cradles for them aswell and there included in the price. So the cable that plugs into the cradle fits most nokia's and i think the cradle is for 6230i and the likes.
Ill check later what the cradle suits.
