Most of you will know this car well, but said id throw up a few pics of the little changes ive made....so far!

Its a UK car originally in absolutely mint condition and i hope to keep it that

Spec when i got it:

Xenons

Black recaro leather interior (heated mmmm)

Climate control

Cruise control

Koni coilovers

Rear window and rear passenger windows tinted.

And all the usual high line bells and whistles.

What i added:

BBS RCs 18x8 ones not the anni ones (also from my old golf)

Full R32 alu trim

R line gear knob

Front and back colour coded VW badges (sprayed myself as these cant be bought for the bora)

De badged the back totally for the sleeper look.

Stubby aerial

headlight protectors

K&N panel filter (also from my old golf)

Plans i have:

Milltek cat back system

nice brakes

Love the subtle touches, the boot looks brilliant with the all red lights and everything else black.
Im not sure about the RCs though, i thought the Long Beaches looked perfect on it...
Image

I dunno, i just like the idea of it being a motorway cruiser with a big petrol engine, and i thought the Long Beaches suited that look perfectly!

As said Shane looking well.
The RC's suit it so much better than i had visualised to be fair !

Do the interior more justice and get a set of Justmatz mats - they would set it off nicely

As above Shane about the mats.. Best of luck with it great lookin motor

Looks great Shane. Nice subtle mods. Those headlight protectors are a great idea, will really save the xenons without affecting the light

QUOTE(neilo @ Feb 28 2008) Looks great Shane, love the black vdub badges....get that miltek on quick

I will neil and i am,proving alot harder than thought as milltek dont make them for the bora anymore and haven't for 2 years,so i have to buy a golf one and modify it slightly - about 2 weeks waiting time too.

QUOTE(bohall @ Feb 28 2008) Love it. Now turbocharge it!

Not on my list barry but maybe one day ill supercharge it
