spec is as follows

koni damping adjustable suspension with eibach springs.

brembo 4 pot callipers and 305x28mm disks

quaife 6 speed gearkit with pelloquin ATB diff

rear pelloquin ATB (not fitted yet) and passat G60 syncro 25 mm rear antiroll bar

BBS RS301 wheels 7.5x17 and 8x17 3piece wheels with 5 x100 pcd hubs

half leather electric recaro interior with vw motorsport gearknob

g60 edition one chromalux glass

full respray in original pearl green metalic with side rubbing strips and badges deleated.

the engine is the standard 1763cc g60 with a bahn brenner motorsport twin screw Lysholm charger

how did you get bbs's to clear brembos?

i have brembo 4 pot callipers and 305x28mm disks from an ibiza cupra, im using a set of mk2 16v front hubs with vr6 centres and outer cv joints changed to vr6 ones also to suit the larger spline inside the vr hub centre, if you want to keep the abs then you need to cut off the abs sensor mount and weld it back on in a different location as the abs encoder ring on the vr hub is not close enough to the sensor

the front wheels are BBS RS301 7.5x17 et33, they have a lot of brake clearance inside them as the wide track suspension set up has the callipers mounted further out then the narrow track type, my front hubs are narrow track just with the vr hubcentre, i redrilled the pcd in the disks, the wheels barely clear the calliper, i put a 1mm shim between the calliper mounting bracket and the hub.

What size adapters did you use? Are 018's not 9x16?

Yeah got 9x16's on rear 20mm adaptors rear and 25mm front
