Another pic, bit shitty, sorry. Got most of the external stuff stripped off it now, screen out and the scuttle only has a bit of surface rust so a bit of a relief there. Just have to take off the arches, rear screen and drivers window and it'll be time to start prepping the paint.

Yes its is bonded or should be , helps stiffen the car up ,same as G60's

Looks like your coming on well, its good your scuttle is sound, are a bit of a problem on mk2's

Its a bastid on the E30 ///M3, your always gonna get the surface rust aswell

I've bought a few window seals for it and the bonded screen comes with a new one. There's a couple more i'd like to replace too if i can get them. James (CCR) is painting it. I may not other going to Limerick as there's a trackday the following day i'd like to do.

Here's the colour going on

First full coat

2 more coats of graphite and 2 of laquer and here she is. Hats off to James, the paint is abosolutely superb.
