What are you planning to do with her?
2.9 vr6 with a few upgrades.Starting next week and will be posting the build.Not to gone on the wheels after waiting nearly 3 months for wheels and flat caps so now looking for different wheels.

How's it going Steven? You'll be limited power wise with a vr6 unless you charge it. 20Valve would give you more flexibility IMO. Good luck with it anyway.

How you doing shane,not sure what exact route were going down yet?There is a guy on the site here runing over 300bhp on standard internals might be going down that road, just love the sound and reliability of the vr6.

Yeah no problem about the vr6. Best thing would be to look at Tommy's Mk2 VR6 when the time comes and see which wires go where. It starts and runs 100%. All boils down to 4 or 5 wires really. There's a bloke in Portlaoise that can remove the immobiliser so you don't need transponder or keys. Better to do timing chain etc before you put it in the car as it's meant to be a pain with the engine in the car. Good luck with the project.
