Ya might of done with the previous owner I got it 3 months ago from kilkenny.

 

 

imo the first pictures i couldnt fault the car at all, but them pictures you just put up
i really think the black roof takes away from the car now thats just my 2 cents worth

I know what ya mean but saying that iv not seen a cupra with a black roof and mirrors yet on my journeys.

i agree with you there but the flip side is there might be a reason for that, as i said its just me
i think it was nice when people started doing it then the majoity of ireland were going around with
black roof and it just ruined it

 

I think it suits the Leon with black on red. It would look crap without the black alloys

Thanks man yep black wheels are the way. ill have new wheel in a few weeks and a new rear strut brace to stiffen it up more.
That cupra r is really sweet. loving it.

Some people call them a cheap man's golf but prefer them to golfs.I wonder what is the difference in weight is between a Leon cupra and a golf gti.

 

Where did you get the glass blank for replacing the rear wiper?have been looking for one for ages!
i like the roof think it goes well with the wheels and mirrors..used to see this around kilkenny the whole time was always spotless and looked really well!

I've a remapped Cupra tdi and am very happy with the mpg - 60mpg on long journeys according to computer but give or take 7mpg - still good.

Ye its a fr 180 originally. Im getting 42mpg on long stretchs. Im well chuffed with it after a year of owning it. Lots more planned for it.
