I don't know about anyone else, but i am really looking forward to Infinity Wards lastest COD, Modern warfare COD4 rocked(COD5 was just ok!), This is gonna be nuts i'd say.

i have a 60g one and its gone and cooked its self! getting a slim very soon! so not to bad.

Just saying, i had mine replaced under warranty, i rang sony in the morning and had a new PS3 in the afternoon from my local Game Stop, excellent customer care i must say.

The Slim does look nice alright

a good few shops are opening at midnight to sell the game, anyone going to head down to the shops at 12 to pick one up?!

i thought this was out ages ago. (well, a couple of weeks)
a mate of mine has it already. must ask him where he got it.

the slimline ps3 doesnt have the sd card slots shane, you know that right?
just in case you ever used them.

tesco's in clare hall are open 24hrs so might be a place to get it.

I have mine reserved with Gamestop, got the last copy of the collectors edition, There open at midnight and i will be there, how sad, but it all about stats!

We should start a vagdrivers.net clan, we'd kick ass.

@ alan no didnt know that but i never used them anyways!

thats how they slim in down.
remove the cd drive mechanism and put a cheap lift up lid on it,
remove the extra card slots.
think it might be down to two usb slots too. could be wrong on that though.

@ brian, finished it already. it's a very underutalised game.
the map takes a few days realtime to walk accross, it's 260 sq km's but they dont use it. the missions aren't even completely free roam, and your restricted to the amount of time you can spend doing your own thing on alot of missions due to the missions themselves
(trucks due to leave at certain times, having to tail people)
the other complaint i'd have is the very few missions.
it's a savage game though from the realism point of view.
bullets are effected by rise and fall rates (real bullets rise before falling)
pc user will get the benifit of user created missions. dont know if console user will get those yet though

Nice little mini review there, i only ever buy these games for the online multi player death matches, endless hour of fun to be had.
