No, but if you have a multimeter with frequency on it you can plug it in, and as you rev the engine the reading will increase.

Where does the signal for the rev counter come from? Is it the ecu or straight from the distributor?

If you can find on a diagram which connection on the ecu plug or hall sender plug the signal is sent from then you could get a multimeter and see which of the pins on the clocks corresponds to this.

I have a haynes manual but I think the single plug type clocks might not be covered in it. Will have a look tomorrow anyway.

Looking at haynes manual, I think the connector has numbers on it. If so I think it is number 10.

How did you find it, was there a number 10 on the connector, be handy to know when reading haynes diagrams.

i got a multimeter like you said, i checked the connecter on the rallye clocks to find the wire.
