I currently have a nice golf mkiv 1.8t, about 200bhp or so, i plan on keepin it for 6-8 months (buying an apt so need to get that out of the way)
After that itll be sold, and ill have a budget of 20-22k max to spend. So what would you get.
Ive been looking at (in the uk mind, not much in the way of interesting cars on carzone)
Audi s3 (nice but just a tarted up golf 1.8t with 4wd)
Audi TT - same as above and a bit of a girly image? still nice in grey or black
Alfa romeo 147 GTA - really considering one, despite tax and depreciation and difficulty in selling it on i have a thing for these
Alfa 156 gta - as above, had a 156 already tho so if i go gta itd be the 147
Some class of a 3 series coop, 320ci/323/325 depending on how far the cash would stretch?

minty Fiat coupe LE and keep the vast amount of change? would quell my italian desires and the depreciation and difficulty in selling on would be lessened by the cheap price!
any other suggestions on a postcard!
ill prob have to go the xs direct route on insurance, currently pay hibernian 1.5k on the golf
