Language Change On 2002 Passat

Hello all,

My mate has a 2002 passat that he imported some years back, all the information on the instrutment cluster is in german, does anyone know if this could be changed to english with something like Vag-Com or similar software?

just found this, don't know why i couldn't find this before when i searched!!

anyway if you want to touch up on other languages, as below

[Adaptation - 10]

Enter channel 04

The available languages are :

00001 - German

00002 - English

00003 - French

00004 - Italian

00005 - Spanish

00006 - Portuguese

No, there is no option to change the language without using a factory level scan tool. The instrument clusters do not support menu driven changes to the best of my knowledge.
