Ok this is the reply i've had from dave at Justmatz. There are 2 issues , heelpads are not available on Executive spec mats and the Logo's. Please have a read of this and let me know your thoughts. I think Corrado and GTI , GT TDI are ok , it seems to be the Audi ones that are a problem plus .:R and the VW roundell

Can I first thank you for the information captured and layout - VERY FEW people get it right first off. This is perfect!! Saves alot of messing about.
OK a few things in response...
Alot of the logo links did not work as Photobucket - came back with logo moved or deleted. I know this can be funny when you dont have an account sometimes.
From the description I know which logos you are requiring.
One issue is that we cannot replicate ANY copyrighted manufacturer logos.
Such as the VW roundel, the R logo, the Audi rings, S3 in original font.
ALL the other logos requested are fine and can be done no problem.
Get the guys who have chosen these to come up with something else and let me know and I'll advise if this can be done. Pretty much ALL of the Audi logos cannot be replicated - A4 A6 etc, S-Line, RS4 or 6 etc. So they have to think harder.
Executive Mat cannot have a heelpad due to the carpet thickness being too thick for our machine to stitch in. The mats are guaranteed for one year and are covered for any issue other than wear and tear. They are hard wearing and do last. To prove this - we have NEVER had an Executive carpet come back for any issue ever!
If any issue arises come back to us and we'll sort it and can tell quite quickly what the root cause is in most cases. We are here to help and have excellent aftersales.
Once you get back to me with all the requirements confirmed I will then apply the discount for you all and send back.
Once you are happy - confirm back to me and then we work out payment.
Then we'll get the order placed.
Shipping to one destination will be fine also.
How do the individuals want to do this?
We accept credit cards or Paypal (minor fees added) - please let me know.
They just have to call us with the payment details and we'll take them over the phone.
