You should take a picture of what it looks like. I know there's a bit that you can buy in Halford's to 'remove' the lock nuts in case you lost the socket. Might be of some help to you?
As Shane said, call to any Audi main dealer and they'll get them off for you, if you want to order a new one you will probably have to wait a while as they wouldn't be in stcok!
Drill the head off the bolt if your stuck. Then remove the remainder of the bolt with a vice grips when you have the wheel off. Not an ideal solution but itl get you out of a jam until you get a new locking bolt set.
