Well guys, we at GTINI have decided this year that it would be good craic to raffle a car off at the show which is scheduled for the 27th March 2011. It's by no means Edition 38 standard but we have to start somewhere!

The car will be raffled off at the show with all proceeds going to Clic Sargent, our nominated children's cancer charity so it may all seem like good fun but it is for a worthwhile cause at the end of the day!

So here we present you with the prize which we will be putting our own little touches on over the next few months between now and the show

It's a '93 mk3 Polo 1.0l Genesis Coupe with a GENUINE 57k on it. The wee car is totally original, rust free and drives as tight as a new one!

Plans for it are to lower it, put a nice set of wheels on it, detailed, few other cosmetic mods and some tunes 8)

We are open to donations of parts and or cash to help us along with the car and turn it into a nicer wee prize for somebody than it already is

We would already like to thank the following people with their donations so far;

Motorsport & Spares - Lowering springs + other stuff
Sound In Motion - supplying and installing audio for the car
Andy Maxwell - carrying out all mechanical work on the car and donation of some parts
Agnew's VW - supplying service kit
BK Detailing - full detail

We hope this list continues to extend and again the club would like to really thank the sponsors for their exceptional kindness!

Wouldn't be up for that i'm afraid, takes away from the originality of the car and it would look dopey with a 2011 plate on it

Cheers for the suggestion though!

Anyone has a set of late spec/G40 Taillights, the red/smoked ones lying about that they would like to donate, give us a shout! Also clear front indicators and side repeaters!
