No matter how you look at it and no matter how much power it has it just isn't the iconic 959, its a fake, it might be a porsche fake but its still a fake
aahh lads i wouldnt be getting to snobby(for the want of a better word) about this, it is after all a 911 turbo which is a great car. Its not one of thoes imo horrible MR2 to Ferrari conversions that i hate. The fact that he but a 959 body kit on it is only cosmetic, most people would still see it as a 911, i for one would love to be able to spent 50grand on a car and me personally would whip of the kit
and it would still imo be a fantastic car as a 911turbo. I could be wrong

First sensible statement you ever came out with Bellew

well having been in and under a real 959, all I can say is that the kit can't be any worse looking than the real thing.....
The real one is a bitsa too..........although a v. expensive one, but a bitsa nonetheless..... a mish mash of panels and shapes that don't blend very well. Remember the 959 was built as a homologatian special so it was never supposed to be a style icon.........just a skin to cloth a hybrid 956/911 Group B rally car.....and most kits are based on moulding off a genuine one so it follows 'imperfect' follows 'imperfect'.....
I was very dissappointed with seeing a genuine one as you could tell it wasn't a coherent design...
