Dear Deirdre,

I have never written to you before but I really need your advive. I suspected for some time now that my
wife has been cheating. The usual signs, phone rings, If I answer it, the caller hangs up, going out with the girls
a lot and when I ask the names its " You dont know them "

I try to stay awake to look out for her when she comes home but I usually fall asleep. Anyways, last night I decided
to finally check on her. Around midnight I hid in the shed behind my tractor to get a good view of the whole yard when
she got home from her night out with the girls.

When she got out of the car she was buttoning her blouse which was open and she took her panties out of her purse
and slipped them on, it was at that moment crouched behind the tractor I noticed it.... A hairline crack in the manifold
right where it meets the exhaust..

Is this something I can fit myself or should I take it back to the garage?

There, leaning against my car was her husband, my father-in-law to be. He was smiling. He explained that they just wanted to be sure I was a good kid and would be true to their little girl. I shook his hand and he congratulated me on passing their little test.

Deidre, should I tell my fiancee what her parents did, and that I thought their "little test" was asinine and very insulting to my character?

Or should I keep the whole thing to myself including the fact that the reason I was walking out to my car was to get a condom?
