yes i have this car already its a lovely driver ,just has a few things to be sorted out on it but its geting there

ive orderd two new wishbones an ball joints for it off seat as the bushings were fcukd in the old ones,
i had to get a new gasket for the oil line feed that goes into the bottom of the turbo as it was pissing out oil (*fixed now)

i also got a vw dealer to do a full scan on it to see if it brought up anything an it did,
they said theres a split air pipe in it somewere, an theres either one of the n75 valves or the none return valve on its way out

i got them to print out the fault code for me so if anyone can put them into english il post them up.............

i also did a bit of looking around on google for info on them from what i can find it looks like there was only ever a 1000 of cordoba cupra ever made in a 156bhpcupra version an 180bhp cupra r version that came with brembos an a few other upgrades

rare bus.

post up the scan results and one of the guys with vagcom will tell you what they mean, as for the n75 valve, alot of them gave trouble. fix that and the split pipe and she will run a whole pile better.

QUOTE (Razor @ Jan 11 2011, 01:24 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>get ur self a H valve from a 225 TT when u change ur current N75, much better.

The 225 never specifically had the N75H, they seemed to differ
Image
Also, certain car's won't take well to them, if the car is remapped chances are it'll be fine.

If you still have the standard recirculating dump valve I'd recommend upgrading to the forge 007p before changing to the N75H aswell, the boost spike will very quickly find any weakness in it.

The one you have was ordered for the daughter of the dunlaoighre main dealers and since then I know three of the past owners. She had a new engine and turbo early in life and is one of 5 in rhd. There is another one in dark navy in the country also that was down south when I last heard of it. great little car man, well wearMmm sound for telling me that must check the cam belt etc on it ye i kinda thought that about the turbo cause the old owner had told me there was a k04 fitted with a forge actuator i can see it has the forge actuator on it an there is a very good pull out of the turbo an shane (Mk3McG) can tell you that
Image
..had it up on the lift the other day but i never thought of checking to see if it was

il check when im puting the wishbones in,is there any handy way of telling will it say k04 on it?? sorry im new to the 20vt too use to me n/a old skool cars
was there only ever 5 made in rhd cause the old owner told me there was four in ireland

If thats the car I think it is this is the actuator - http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.a...duct=FMACVAG03S

Its a K03.

QUOTE (Razor @ Jan 14 2011, 01:27 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>fault codes 2 and 3 are related, split in a vacuum pipe somewhere, my vrs threw that up and that was the cause.

Also me7 would kill the boost if it was over boosting, or it should, has it dropped the turbo at all on u?ye the odd time when you drive it hard mosty in 3rd at around 5,000rpm it goes but comes back in after a gear change

1. the immobiliser never gave me a any problems at all only thing that ever happend on them lines was the car locked it self with the keys in it when it was started an i told an warned you about this....

2.if you looked at the for sale add on gumtree you would of saw it stated that the speedo cable was broke (an you would of seen this when you took it for a test drive )

3.since the speedo cable was broken the car was sitting in a vw main dealers in louth(which your more than welcome too ring) for the guts of 2years, so there was no miles put up on it in that time only miles were put up by me which were under 1.5k

4. the only thing i never told you about was the shit/crapy headlights on the car which im sure you found out for urself an even at that its the same with most corrado's as some of the forum user's on her can tell you that.

5.your comment about "SO DONT GO TALKING ABOUT ME"
Image
...who's gives you the right too stop me telling the forum user's on here what upgrades you told me were on the car.....(fair enough if thats what the old owner told you il take that) but answer me why im not allowed talk about what you told me about it????

6.an your car wasnt 100% either you brought it down too me pissin out oil which i think you were hopeing i didnt notice but i did then you tryed too tell me that you didnt no anything about it but you later said that there was oil all over your drive way/park space an that you had toped it up
