Computer Geeks Question

Here's a question for any of the computer geeks out there.
I've looked at a few websites and their file extension is .omp Eg: http://www.3ireland.ie/index.omp
I've tried to google this but nothing is coming up for it….
Can someone enlighten me?

Think its an ActiveX Object. Couldnt be sure tho.

My results...

Its an "Open Media Platform" file. Its for use on any platform (mobile phone, pc, etc) and has to do with the latest 3G phones.
