they're RH toplines, that's teh brothers car that they're on. The wheels have since been sold but they're very hard to find in that fitment.
Keep an eye on wheel whores and ebay if you're looking for a set

Ya they are cool. Trying to imagine them on a mk3 golf. 4 stud. Lookin' at the slab look but its hard to get any decent lookin' set in a 4 stud.
