fitted a set to the 16v the other day and noticed a nice improvement in performance from 3 to 4.5K rpm.

worth the money.

yeah they are the one that are supposed to be used in the abf engnie, i just fired a set into my replacement abf last weekend.
Mind you they do cost a few bob

Well when i got them for the VR6 they were about 20 quid each, i got them for a lot less cos the local motor factor is sound
The 16v ones were something simular, i do have them for ages so the price could be way off

Or are the Bosch Super X 5 DTC the platinum ones
