yeah a MK3, its Black

would that size fit ok being that wide, the only other size i can get is 7.5

Yeah Dave dish is the job , I have a new set of Borbet B2's for the mk2
sweet rim aswel, think they are a 70mil dish, God know when they wil be fitted tho!

Havent bought them yet, would getting them from same lad i got the b2's off,
still trying to get him down a few euros yet!

What size Tire would I run on them?

I've mine on 205/16/40 kumho tires. Think you can get them on eiretyres?

Mine came with the car so yet to go looking properly for a set!

I have 9*16's Borbet A's on the corrado and they look savage. Way better looking than the 7.5's

9 inches is always better than 7.5 inches or so i've been told!


size doesn't matter as long as it's not too small!!!

40's on 16's, thats why id be moving away from 17's so id have a bit more cusion!

I'm not sure if you can get tires with more of a sidewall to fit onto 9*16's?? I'm sure some of the guys on here will enlighten us!

If you do go for 9*16 the tire will def have to be stretched.

The only thing I'm thinking is that if the tyre was a stretched 40, wouldn't it be slightly higher than a non-stretched 40 and therefore sort of make a higher profile anyway or would this make the wheels more "bouncy" on the road? Whenever I see stretch tyres they seem a little higher across the centre...I'm probably talking rubbish though...

Would 215/40 do the trick?
