Any pics of dent ? Why isn't the radio working?

 

will get one tonight, its more so pushed in than a dent, Havent gotten to the bottom of the radio thing, all wires seem intact behind , there was a sub or something in the boot so Id say its relating to that, I plugged in a different radio and it never worked, Im not one for using a radio anyway so never bothered!

 

Lovely car currently trying to sell my honda s2000 to buy one of these and get back into the german world! Glws!!

 

Did you have any issues with the nct and the lights?

Misread your op. thought I read that the previous owner fitted xenons which are actived separately from the main headlight switch

 

No hassle, nope the xenons are a factory fitted item!

 

Forgot to mention, timing belt and pump were done at 110k miles.

Just drive it slowly from time to time and you won't need a diesel...sorted

(I have been driving like a nun for a few weeks and averaging over 40 mpg- Geo witnessed this, lol!)

Bumpski, Forgot to mention this also has a brand new MAF sensor fitted, Looking for a diesel VAG and open to reasonable offers.

nice bus, what about haldix services?

 

Some timing I was just about to update this, the haldex was apparently
Serviced at 110k miles, but I have no evidence of this so I never put it up, I changed the rear diff oil on Saturday and went to do the haldex but I need that special spanner

This passed the NCT this evening and I'm currently putting 3 months tax on it online( out of tax as of 12 o'clock last night) also a price drop, still looking for a nice mk4/ b5.5 or
Any other vag TDI, donedeal is full of scrap ATM.
