Anyone have one of these or had one and can comment? Are they pigs on fuel? Mostly main road driving, with some urban. Thanks

So about 35ish on average you think?

Shaunie, your sister found it lighter than the 1.3 Lancer? I am gonna buy it tomorrow I think, just don't wanna regret it if I find it costing me
an arm and a testicle every couple of kms, i only have two of each :/

A relative owns it and is leaving the country Friday, its clean, I wonder if I should just go for it. Hard to sell if I find it too heavy though.

Would it be on par with say, an e46 318i (1.9) ?

No doubt there slow, small engine big cars.. is the audi really bad on fuel though thats the question?

Had 1.6 A3 and A4 both had very looked after engines 35MPG does sound right, I found it very economical on motorways if you keep it under 110km/h. I did not find big difference if any betwwen the MPG in the A4 and the A3

I would take A4 b5 1.6 over e46 1.9 any day.
