Hi guy im new on this forum dont know if many are running polos but that what im running at the mo not a first time dubber (2x Mk1 GTi, 2X mk2 GTi, Mk1 caddy sport as well as a mk4 gttdi and me polo 16vSE)

Just wondering if any one knows if a 6n2 (Mk5) polo G'gox would fit the 6N AFH 16v Block? and if so what are the ratios?

they look the same but I think the only diff is the 6th gear and clutch?

any help on this matter I thank you.

Hope shes pleasing on the eye

look at the bolt pattern on the box, look at the way the engine leans in the bay is it slanted foreward or back and where is the starter on both gearboxes.

if its an O2M gearbox you will also need different driveshafts and you will need to change to 5 stud hubcentres to allow the outer cv joints fit, ive done a bit of research in to fitting one in a mk2 gti and the correct shafts are 570 euros each +vat and then you have to convert to 5 stud hubs and change your wheels
