i ran the wire for the oil pressure gauge and the pipe for the boost gauge true the rubber gromit where the bonnet pull cable goes. you might have to take off the wipers and scuttle pannel

Might have a look at that option tomorrow.
I was hoping to get it back on the battery side to have a straight run back.

 

its easy to pop out the glove box and have a look but there aint much room back there

this is the stuff i used. can be got in most motorfactors. i used primer, gloss black and lacquer. you could use halfords paint either but you would need a plastic primer first

Ended up pulling the cable in with the Bonnet release cable. Worked a treat.

Now to make something up to hold the sub in place.
